Loved the ideas for a better pumpkin pie. Question though; I saw a recipe for Pumpkin Brulee, which was basically pumpkin pie filling baked in a water bath then brulee-d . Do you think that would work with the praline layer on the bottom of the ramekin? Thanks for the thoughts!
