I love eggnog custard so I'mgoing to have to try it with the pumpkin pie. I also season my pie crust and around the holidays I usually keep some apple cider concentrate that I use in place of water in my crusts. It adds to the flavor and helps with browning. I wonder if boiled cider would work...
