I love mixing my spices with the sugar first and also letting them sit an hour or two before adding to the rest of the ingredients. I think I'll enjoy letting the whole mixture sit overnight in the fridge, and this year I'm going to try using maple sugar instead of the traditional white sugar or organic sugar for a break from these processed sugars. Can't wait for Thanksgiving!! Give thanks! Don't forget to vote!
