I make my pies up and freezing them.
I am making them this week for thanksgiving.
I will move them to the fridge,to defrost on Tuesday.
I I’ll bake them cold,wednday.
They are wonderful.
I only do that with fruit filling.
I freez the dough,only and make pumpkin on the day I bake.
