Hi Linda! Like most baked goods, pie crust will keep in your freezer for up to 3 months. Beyond that and things start to break down. If you can keep things in the back of the freezer where they're less likely to thaw out, they'll stay the freshest. The main exception would be gluten-free baked goods or doughs, as they break down quickly and should be used within a month, ideally, a week. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
