Yes, that's long enough, Ann. We recommend putting the pie crust in the fridge one night before you'd like to use it. You may need to let the dough rest at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before rolling out, depending on how cold your fridge is. If it starts to crack when you roll it out, let it warm up a bit more before proceeding. Giving the dough a few good whacks with your rolling pin also can make the dough more workable without warming it up or cracking. Happy pie baking! Kye@KAF
