Hi Barbara, I apologize for the delay in responding to your question! It depends a little on the size of your jar, but for an 8-ounce canning jar, I would suggest feeding 20g starter + 40g water + 20g GF Bread Flour. You can leave it out on the counter for a few hours and then store it in the fridge for up to a week.
