Hi
I have started baking from a year now. never did any course but just learning from trial and error. baking acts as stress reliever for me and I enjoy it a lot. From so long I have been wanting to give sourdough a try but always get confused with the process. Although your article was of great help I would really appreciate if u can give me little guidance on how to bake a multigrain sourdough bread. I live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. weather here is super hot so should I make starter of same multigrain bread and how often should I feed it if I want to bake the bread after 4-5 days? and it would be of great help if you can give me a fool proof recipe for multigrain sourdough bread too....
