Hi. I'm just starting with sourdough. My starter gets nice and bubbly, but never doubles in size. Instead it just grows about half as much as it should. It is not cold here. My kitchen is approximately 78 degrees all the time. Any ideas how I can get it to double? I followed the recipe exactly.
