If I were to go on a two week vacation, would it be okay to leave a small sourdough starter in the fridge? Or would it be better to change it to a regular size?
I love this small starter method! I can't wait to convert! I keep three different sourdough starters in my fridge. Unfortunately, I rarely have time to bake these days, but I am still feeding them weekly.
