Penny Saddler November 5, 2018 at 12:39pm Just how important is it to have a room temperature of 70 degrees? The temp in our house rarely gets over 65. When I am trying to proof dough I try to create a warmer place, i.e. the oven with a pan of hot water, but that's not practical long term. Reply
