Victor - I've had great success with this method: http://tartine-bread.blogspot.com/2013/02/9-days.html She gives instructions for starting a small batch - 90 g - so slightly larger than what is maintained here. You could start with this and then once it's going follow the instructions here for maintaining an even smaller batch of starter.
