We all wish we had more time in our lives to bake sourdough every day, Seth. Wouldn't that be a dream? We encourage you to feed your sourdough starter as often as you're able to, and hopefully that'll be at least once a week, storing the starter in the fridge between feedings. The more regularly you feed your sourdough starter, the better results you'll see in your final bread in terms of both flavor and texture. When you treat your starter well, it rewards you with delicious bread! Kye@KAF
