Thank you for this blog post - it couldn't have come at a better time! I just received my order of KAF sourdough starter/crock a week ago and with all the feedings I was feeling overwhelmed with the amount of discard and scrambling to bake it so as not to waste it. Fortunately my husband will gladly eat whatever I bake but I haven't had the time to bake discard everyday except in my dreams.
