We baked these two ways. First tried parchment (don't use parchment over 400*) and lost a significant portion of the bottom of the pretzel that stuck to the paper. Next we tried it an un-greased baking sheets and had much better results, they still stuck to some degree. Wondering if cooling them on the pan for a short time before removing them to the rack would help avoid the sticking?
