I tried to order food grade lye from Amazon and they won't deliver it. I am interested in making pretzel rolls. They are pricey, but a lovely change from hamburger buns or and sandwich rolls. I bought a bag from a store, that I now understand used lye. I loveds. them! I tried a bag from another store , that I now understand used baking soda. They were okay, but not the wow factor of the first tried.

So here I am wanting food grade lye and don't know how to get it.

P.S. I have greatly enjoyed the info again bout pretzel
