Hi Dorothy. If you're looking to freeze your pretzels, we'd recommend baking them first, let them cool, and then wrap and freeze them for up to 3 months. Freezing them before cooking kills off some of the yeast and they wind up on the dense side. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
