This is fine for those who with stellar mathematical skills who are professional chefs or highly skilled bakers but likely leaves the majority of people in the dark. It is likely going to be seen as confusing, intimidating, alienating, discouraging to most. My young adult grandson who is still learning his way around the kitchen is an excellent example. In spite of always on the dean's list and graduating university with honors and having excellent math skills when it comes to computer sciences, this article left him frustrated to the point of becoming angry. He has totally written King Arthur off now and said he isn't interested in purchasing King Arthur products anymore stating "because they are obviously pompous elitist snobs."
