I understand that you can’t recommend use past the date given by the manufacturer. That said, I tend to hoard the boiled cider I’ve bought from you and use for really special things. I’m quite sure I’ve refrigerated a bottle way past a year. I live a couple of hours from you, so a road trip is t something done on a whim. Yes, I know I could order from you, but where’s the fun in that. I’m about to try making some myself. Thanks for the detailed instructions.
