I messed it up. I ended up with taffy+. I cooked it at medium heat for 3 hours. I started to realize things weren't right because of the speed at which it was cooking. Next I will lower the heat so it will cook more slowly. Everything in this recipe was spot on as far as what to expect. I'll def try it again.
