I'm wondering if anyone has tried the intant pot saute feature? I ask because you can get quite a range of temperatures from that function, leave the lid off and use it as a substitute stove burner. It seems like this ought to work. Perhaps once one knows at what level you get at least 140 degrees+ on your cooker it would work. My instant pot
has a scorch sensor as well. It seems like this ought to be an alternate. I aslo do know how hot you can cook this without ruining it. Any thoughts?
