To roll out dough: cut a white 13 gallon clean garbage bag open so it lays out in one sheet. Dust plastic with flour, place dough on one side and fold over plastic like a book so dough is sandwiched between. Roll out dough. Turn dough and plastic a quarter turn after every roll to start forming your circular dough shape. ( to secure plastic while u roll, press stomach/hips into edge of counter to stabilize the plastic bag when rolling.) once your dough is rolled out to the size you need, open top flap of plastic, keep dough and bottom plastic together and slide your hand under both and flip upside down into elevated pie plate sitting on crisco can and now remove remaining plastic from dough. Easy way to transfer the dough and less mess😁👍
