I press the dough evenly in pie pan before I dock it. I then put in my parchment paper that's cut into a circle that comes up the sides, put in a thick layer of uncooked beans or dough weights. Bake about 12 min at 425 then take out beans and parchment at one time. Let bake another 5 min or so til bottom is lightly Brown. No more slouch dough.😀
