Lorraine Stevenski October 17, 2018 at 9:05am Question: Why does my piecrust shrink down the sides when I prebake? I do refrigerate the piecrust in the pan 30 minutes before I prebake? I use an all butter recipe and KA AP flour. I do use a food processor to make the dough....have for years. Reply
