Hi I once tried a crust recipe that included apple cider vinegar. It did turn out flaky and didn’t alter the taste really. Do you think the vinegar could be acting in a similar way to the vodka? Unfortunately I lost that old family recipe and can’t replicate it ☹️ Linda from Upstate NY
