Thanks for the math. I always use the blender pie crust procedure but can I fit all three recipes in my Kitchen Aid at once? I really don't think so, LOL. However, I plan on making four different pies on one sheet pan. I will put "borders" to divide the different fillings and then blind bake the crust. For the fillings, should I count on making about 2 cups per 1/4th of the sheet? Does 8 cups of filling sound about right? I am going to make Blueberry, Cherry, Apple and Mincemeat.
