Thanks PJ for sharing so much wisdom for your Baking Community. I made the Apple Pear Pie from the KA recipes. The darn thing was like soup! So frustrating. The pie was a gift. I pre cooked my fruit as in the recipe. I’m guessing the addition of pears made the difference. I used flour according to the pie thickening guide listed. I’m gonna buy some Instant ClearJel!
