I don’t know where I saw this tip but it works every time; sprinkle Minute Tapioca around the outside edge of your apple pie before you place the top crust. Also use your usual type and amount of thickener in your pie filling. Works every time for me and no more runny apple pie filling and dripping in the oven. Love King Arthur!
