I bake my apple pie at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes then I lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 50 or 60 min till the juice runs. If the crust is getting too brown I cover it with foil till done.I never had a problem with the bottom crust not being bake.
