I started making pies after I got married at 21 years old. I had to patch the crust and they were a tad runny. At 57 years old I have “perfected” my pie. I use cortland and Granny Smith apples. Would like to experiment with a northern spy. Flour works well for me. My family’s fave! I may try your pie enhancer for fun:).
