I never really liked adding cornstarch to my apple pies, but I really didn’t like runny fillings either. When I tried the Instant ClearJel, and my apple pie wasn’t runny, I became a huge fan! My apple pies, every one of them, turn out perfectly consistent, so this will be an ingredient that willl always be used. Thanks to KAF, I frequent the farmer markets here in Florida more often, buying more fresh fruits to make pies for my pie loving husband!
