You recommend avoiding doughs that are too wet or sticky. I was curious as to why? I can see how a sticky dough would be difficult to get into a pan, but I'm wondering if a wet dough might bake more like a brownie? Is there any way to get these recipes to work in a bar form, or do they just not set correctly?
