I love to make blueberry/peach crisp in the summer. There's always lots of fruit in the house and when it's not getting eaten, I "crisp" it. Better than tossing it because it got rotten. Our family's favorite topping is brown sugar, little pieces of butter, a few shakes from the cinnamon container and some flour. Mix together and sprinkle heavily over the fruit. If I don't have a lot of fruit I use a small baking dish and put it right into the toaster oven. A little vanilla ice cream is a must. Yum! Yum! Yum!
