Does the friction factor affect other doughs (specifically, cookie dough)? My sister swears that her chocolate chip cookies are the best (and they are) because she uses a fork to cream her butter and stir her batter, and not a mixer. Could there possibly be any truth to that theory? ***For Barb. -KA 8/29***
