Absolutely, Katy! We love experimenting with this technique ourselves and have had great success with our No-Knead Crusty White Bread recipe. We did find that 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of dough worked best for shaping, but otherwise, please do let your imagination run wild! Charlotte
