Hi ! Thank you for all of your hard work. I am a home baker and I have a wedding in August and the weather here can be very hot and humid. The frosting I make is half butter (85% butterfat) and half crisco. The wedding is right before the reception and the cake will be setting out inside with air conditioning (no cooler available) for a few hrs. Do you think the half and half buttercream will hold up?
