I have a 3 tiered Bday cake with all buttercream frosting and it’s going to be 110 degrees that day… ans the party is in the park. The best frosting to go with would be the all vegetable shortening?? I’m hoping it can stand the heat for a few hours with the cake overnight in the fridge… it’s going to be interesting. Also- for vanilla frosting.. what do you suggest for vanilla flavor so it doesn’t taste like just a sugar punch to the taste buds? I don’t want it to take like super sweet grocery store frosting. Thank you!!!
