We might suggest instead using a blend of cocoa butter and vegetable shortening in your frosting and using freeze-dried fruit powders that compliment your cake. You can buy freeze-dried fruit powders or you can purchase freeze-dried fruit and then grind them up in a coffee grinder and sift the powder through a fine sieve to remove any large chunks or seeds.
