Hello, I am glad to have found this page. I am cake lover learning to bake through YouTube videos. I am leaving in Cameroon and we can reach easily 100degF temperature especially in the kitchen. Just so you can imagine, butter melt by its own when standing out of the fridge. It is very had to make a frosting that holds enough to be used. I am really struggling with this... Could you please help? Thank you
