I used your Easy Vanilla Buttercream Frosting on cupcakes for my granddaughter's birthday in early August. It held up pretty well, considering it was in the 90s and humid that day. The piped on swirls mushed down a little, but it still tasted wonderful and didn't look too bad. On the other hand, the fondant on the birthday girl's personal mini-cake melted right off the cake! (I'd never seen that happen before.)
