T-flor July 10, 2020 at 4:00pm I used cultured vegan butter for the crust of my cherry pie (from organic cherries grown right in my backyard). Made the dough Sunday. Sat in the fridge until early today (Friday morning). Never turned gray. Perfectly flaky and no cholesterol! Reply
