This is my favorite recipe. Always very flakey:
4 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ¾ cup butter flavored Crisco
½ teaspoon salt
Mix together till crumbly. (I also add 1 Tablespoon [per 1 cup of flour] of powdered sugar - optional)
One egg in 1 cup measuring cup.
1 tablespoon vinegar
Fill rest of cup up to ¾ full with water and stir with fork.
Add to first mixture and form into ball. This makes 4 pie crusts. I usually divide the dough into 4 pieces and wrap and freeze what I don't use.
