Can you provide guidelines for me re: using frozen fruit in these two recipes: Sunken Berry Almond Cake & Just Peachy Peach Muffins? Fresh fruit for these recipes isn't an option where we live now, but I'd love to try these two recipes in particular, if you can provide guidelines to make it a success (or tell me absolutely not to do so without fresh fruit, if that's the case).
