Hi Ray, crisps and cobblers can be a little more "juicy" than a pie, so you may want to just thaw your frozen fruit, and then add more thickener, if necessary. Check out our Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler recipe, by way of comparison. I'm guessing baking time will be more like 40-45 minutes at 350°F, but look for the crisp part to be golden brown and the fruit to be bubbling.
