I just made these for Christmas and have a few points to make: I weighed all of my flour and water and still had to add more flour to make it cohesive. I ended up adding almost a cup more flour - otherwise it did not pull together. I used heavy cream and cooked the topping to the mid way, 140 degrees range and then put it in the fridge overnight. The baking does end up cooking the topping longer so when cool the topping was hard and not sticky, so next time I will not cook it as long. Overall these sticky buns were amazing and I will make them again - thanks KA!
