Thank you for this post! Inspired by this post and comments, I tried my banana bread recipe with 1 cup of chopped walnuts in a 13”x9” glass baking dish. I used KAF gluten free flour and greased the bottom only. Baked at 350F for 45 minutes and it came out perfectly without the dreaded wet center! Yay!
