Hello: Is the .5 cup chocolate syrup used to make chocolate ice cream in my 1.5qt. Cuisinart machine considered a liquid? Recipe also includes 2 c. h.whipping cream and 1 c. milk. So I have either 3.5 c or 3 c. liquid . Also, good to know about chilling the batter before churning. My first ever batch was pretty good but did seem to be kind of ice-y[?]. Finally, is using whole chocolate milk instead of white ok? Thanks for your help, Louis from La Crosse, Wi. [ frequent bothersome caller as well ]
