Thanks for providing all this great advice. I am usually happy with the factors you addressed in the article. My issue is with flavor intensity. I love fruit flavors, but I never feel like the flavor is intense enough. I have a nice, sweet treat, but I'm not sure I'd pass a blind test taste to identify what fruit I've used. My temptation is to double the fruit, but I fear that'll interfere with freezing. (I am using nicely-ripened fruit.)
