I learned so much from this article!! I have definitely been under-chilling the liquid and over-filling my canister which I think is slowing the churn time and causing the buttery particles. I was wondering, if you do get a buttery-waxy mouthfeel issue, is there a way to undo that? Like melt the ice cream back down, give it a good whisking, and start over again?
