If you're enjoying the ice cream that comes from your machine, Alan, stick with it! If you're looking for something a little creamier with a faster churn time, we really like the basic Cuisinart 1.5 qt Ice Cream Maker. It's pleasantly easy to use and comes with a clear manual. The Kitchen Aid one (if you have the size mixer that the ice cream bowl is designed for) is also good, though it's not as quick. That one takes about 25 to 30 minutes to churn, and the Cuisinart one takes 20 minutes or less. If you're able to visit a kitchen store in your area where they may have both, it would be cool to check them both out and see which might be a better fit for your kitchen. Annabelle@KAF
